JC Roofing has been proudly serving homeowners and businesses across the Isle of Wight for over 20 years. Originally established by Nigel Brayley in 2003 as N Brayley Roofing & Building, the company built its reputation on quality workmanship, honest advice, and a commitment to getting every job done properly.
Today, the business is led by Jamie Cassford, Nigel's brother-in-law and long-serving Foreman and Lead Roofer. Having worked alongside Nigel for more than a decade, Jamie played a key role in many of the roofing, building, and groundwork projects that earned the company its trusted local reputation.
As JC Roofing, we continue to build on those strong foundations, delivering the same high standards of craftsmanship, reliability, and customer service that have been at the heart of the business since day one.

Over the years, our team has worked on more than 2,000 properties across the Isle of Wight. From minor roof repairs and property maintenance to complete roof replacements, extensions, renovations, and large commercial roofing projects exceeding 500m², we have the experience and expertise to handle projects of all sizes.
We understand that reliability matters. Whether you're dealing with a leaking roof, storm damage, or a planned building project, our aim is to provide clear communication, honest guidance, and a dependable service from start to finish. We know how stressful property problems can be, particularly when water damage is involved, and we work efficiently to minimise disruption and protect your home or business.
Around 15 years ago, the company expanded into groundworks, landscaping, and plant hire. Today we operate our own fleet of diggers, including narrow-access machines just 650mm wide for restricted spaces and larger 8-ton excavators for more demanding projects. Owning our own machinery allows us to work efficiently while keeping costs competitive for our customers.
